Propose a New Journal
Elamena Academic Press welcomes proposals for new peer-reviewed journals from researchers and scholarly communities. We are particularly interested in well-defined titles that serve a genuine need, are led by an experienced and international editorial team, and are committed to rigorous peer review and publication ethics.
What we look for
- A clear, coherent aims & scope that gives the journal a distinct identity.
- An experienced, international, and appropriately diverse editorial team.
- A genuine case for the journal relative to existing titles — how it differs and adds value.
- A realistic plan for attracting quality submissions and sustaining publication, especially in the early phase.
- A commitment to transparent peer review, publication ethics (COPE), and open access.

The Press reviews each proposal on its academic merit, the strength and independence of the editorial team, and the viability of the publication plan. We aim to respond to proposals within a reasonable timeframe.
